1. The service

JiuPro is software that helps Jiu-Jitsu instructors manage private lessons: scheduling, lesson credits, payments, invoices, student progress, videos and messages. Students use JiuPro for free to book and follow their lessons with their instructors.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Instructors may create accounts for their students only with the students' consent.

3. Instructors and students

Lessons, prices, packages, cancellations and refunds are agreed between each instructor and their students. JiuPro is not a party to those agreements and does not teach, supervise or insure any training. Instructors are responsible for the lessons they offer and for complying with the laws that apply to them.

4. Payments between students and instructors

Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Payments made outside JiuPro (Zelle, PIX, cash and similar) are recorded by the instructor; JiuPro does not hold or transfer that money.

5. Instructor subscriptions

Instructors use JiuPro with a paid subscription after a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. If a payment fails or the trial ends without a subscription, the account stays available to view data but new bookings and sales are paused.

6. Your content

You own the data and videos you put in JiuPro. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Do not upload content you have no right to share.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, spam, attempts to access other people's data, or interference with the platform's security or operation.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep JiuPro available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, JiuPro is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us for a copy of your data before closing.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
