What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, language, profile photo (when you sign in with Google), belt and specialties.
- Lesson data: schedules, bookings, notes, technique progress, training logs, messages and videos.
- Payment data: packages, amounts, payment method and status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, IP address and basic logs for security.
How we use it
Only to run JiuPro: show your schedule and credits, send the emails and notifications you need (which the academy can turn off), process payments, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Students' data is visible to the instructors they are linked to and to the platform administrator. Instructors see only their own students. We share data with service providers only as needed: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and, if an instructor connects it, Google Calendar), our hosting and email providers, and the AI provider described below.
Google user data
With Google sign-in we read your name, email and photo. If an instructor connects Google Calendar, JiuPro only creates, updates and removes the events of their JiuPro lessons. JiuPro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Artificial intelligence
When the administrator turns on AI insights, JiuPro sends only numbers and anonymous codes (such as "S3: 40 days without training, 2 credits") to an open-model AI provider. Names, emails and phone numbers are never sent.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep data while the account is active. Lesson and payment history is kept for the instructor's records. You can ask us to correct, export or delete your data; we answer within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, API keys are stored encrypted, and access is limited by role.
